In the course of his career, Alain has developed expertise in real estate financing; securitization; acquisitions and sales of individual properties and portfolios; land and project developments and commercial leasing. He has acted for numerous financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate owners and land developers. He also advises oil companies and telecommunication companies in the real estate sector on a wide range of legal issues related to their major projects. Alain also coordinates the work of the office's notaries and real estate paralegals.
