Mr. Morin has always practised in the field of business law. He has a thorough experience in venture capital financing in which his work has been mainly concentrated for the last years, representing institutional investors, as well as businesses. He also acts as legal adviser with small and medium size enterprises at different levels of their development. He is regularly involved in the drafting and negotiating of different types of commercial agreements such as licensing and distribution agreements, financing contracts and shareholders' agreements.

He has also completed the course on the commerce of securities in Canada at the Canadian Securities Institute in 1986, as well as post graduate studies in law at the London School of Economics (England) in 1987.
