OUR PEOPLE

Alan has appeared before the Surface Rights Board (Alberta), the Alberta Environmental Appeals Board, the Ontario Energy Board, the Manitoba Public Utilities Board, the British Columbia Utilities Commission, the Canadian Transport Agency and the former U.S. Economic Regulatory Administration. He has practised before various tribunals for many years, particularly the National Energy Board, the Alberta Energy Conservation Board and the Alberta Utilities Commission (and their predecessors).
