Alexandre Sami is a partner in Gowlings' Montréal office, practising within the advocacy department. He counsels and represents companies involved in complex commercial disputes.

Alexandre's practice focuses on contractual disputes of all kinds as well as class actions. He handles insurance and professional liability matters and represents financial institutions with respect to securities litigation. Alexandre also advises construction companies in contractual matters pertaining to, among others, invitations to tender and dispute resolutions. As such, he has appeared before the Courts of Québec at all trial and appellate levels.
