Alison Mills is a law clerk in Gowlings' Calgary office, working in the business law department. She has been working in the legal field for five years in the area of real estate. She provides assistance directly to the Firm's corporate clients and works alongside the Firm's professionals.

Alison specializes in the area of commercial real estate and assists lawyers with all aspects of sales, purchases, developments, leases and financings, including due diligence matters and preparation of documentation.
