Andrew McKenna is a partner in Gowlings' Ottawa office, practising in the areas of commercial litigation and professional liability.

As a commerical litigator, Andrew acts on behalf of clients in a wide range of commerical disputes, including construction litigation, construction liens, shareholders disputes, contract and collection matters. He also acts as counsel for physicians on behalf of the Canadian Medical Protective Association. 

Andrew appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as various administrative tribunals. He is also a regular contributor to various continuing legal education programs.
