As a commercial litigator, Andrew's main practice area is construction law, particularly construction lien matters. In addition to construction lien and construction contract litigation, Andrew also regularly acts for clients in proceedings before the License Appeal Tribunal of Ontario in matters involving the Ontario New Home Warranty Act.

Andrew has acted for a wide array of clients, including corporations, banks and other financial institutions, in commercial, banking and construction litigation, arbitration and professional liability matters. Andrew appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as well as numerous administrative tribunals. He also acts as counsel for physicians on behalf of the Canadian Medical Protective Association.
