Benjamin Hudson is an associate in Gowlings' Calgary office. His practice focuses primarily on corporate income tax with specific emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and reorganizations.

Ben has completed specialized tax courses, including, Part 1 of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) In-Depth Tax Course, the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society Introduction to Taxation of Canadian Oil & Gas Companies and the Canadian Bar Association Tax Law for Lawyers.
