Ben's practice is focused on general corporate commercial matters and commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations for both private and public companies in a diverse range of industry sectors, including telecommunications, online classifieds and auctions, prepaid products, cosmetics, natural health products, advertising and manufacturing.
