OUR PEOPLE

Beth Boisvert is a law clerk in Gowlings' Waterloo Region office, specializing in intellectual property law.  Beth is involved in many aspects of the Firm's intellectual property practice, including the preparation of patent and trade-mark documents, assisting in the prosecution of patent and trade-mark applications in Canada and the United States, and managing international patent and trade-mark portfolios and deadlines.  She works directly with both the professionals within the intellectual property department and their clients, as well as corresponding with agents in foreign countries.
