Bill brings years of experience advising clients on all aspects of corporate immigration. He regularly assists employers with international transfers; obtaining work permits including applications under NAFTA; obtaining Labour Market Opinions (LMOs) from Service Canada; and obtaining immigration documentation for accompanying family members of foreign national recruits.

Bill’s practice also involves assisting in the development of immigration and work permit strategies for a wide variety of clients; preparing immigration and work permit application materials to assist entry; advising on obtaining permanent resident status; advising on a wide variety of issues relating to the cross-border movement of personnel, and a full range of other immigration matters. An expert in his field, Bill regularly provides counsel with respect to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
