Her practice focuses on negotiating, mediating and litigating issues related to separation and divorce, including custody, support and property division. More specifically, she has experience in advising, negotiating, mediating and litigating complex property issues including the valuation and division of pensions and equitable claims based on trust principles. Her litigation work includes appeal as well as trial experience.

In addition to these areas of practice, Carol provides advice to business lawyers and clients about the impact of the Family Law Act on business and property acquisitions.
