Caroline Baynes is the manager of business development and marketing in Gowlings' Calgary office. Caroline is responsible for the development and deployment of Calgary’s go-to-market and client service strategy.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Caroline spent five years with a Big Four accounting and consulting firm. In addition to the professional services industry, Caroline has a diverse background working with municipal and provincial governments, assisting the retail industry, and providing experience to the high-tech and telecom sectors.

Caroline has 16 years of marketing, communications and business development experience with various size organizations, from a start-ups to international firms.
