Caryn Narvey is an associate in Gowlings' Toronto office, practising in the area of commercial litigation.

Caryn practises in a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, with emphasis on financial institutions, civil fraud, class-action proceedings and corporate remedies. Her practice includes experience in mortgage fraud and money laundering.

Caryn has appeared before the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen's Bench and the Court of Appeal in Alberta. She has also been successful in her written submissions before the Supreme Court of Canada.
