Catherine Graham is an associate in the Business Law Group in Vancouver. Her practice focuses on corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Catherine advises corporations, agents and underwriters on a wide variety of matters including private placements, prospectus offerings, corporate restructuring, stock exchange listings, corporate governance, continuous disclose obligations and other regulatory compliance issues. Many of the clients she works with are mineral exploration companies with business operations in Canada, the United States, Australia, China, South America, South Africa, and Scandinavian countries.

Hailing from Montreal, Catherine is fluent in English and French.
