OUR PEOPLE

He primarily advises institutional and private employers in employment and labour law. Mr. Gravel has more than 20 years experience acting for employers, including in the drafting of individual employment contracts and collective agreements, and the negotiation of the latter. He also regularly pleads before both the courts of law and specialized administrative tribunals in labour, employment and administrative law, where he handles Labour Code and Canada Labour Code enforcement and arbitration of grievances.

Mr. Gravel serves as secretary and director of various boards of directors and non-profit foundations, including the Société québécoise d’information juridique. He completed his studies in political science (1983) at Laval University.
