Constance Too is a partner and a registered patent agent in Gowlings' Ottawa office, practising in intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution.  Connie's patent litigation practice includes proceedings before the Federal Court, Ontario Courts and the Patent Appeal Board in the pharmaceutical, chemical and mechanical fields.  Her patent prosecution practice includes drafting and prosecuting patents in the chemical, biomedical, optical, telecommunications, and mechanical fields.  

Connie also provides legal opinions, case assessment and strategic advice on patent matters including with respect to infringement and impeachment, remedies and enforcement, risk management, and corrective action.

During her years with Gowlings, Connie has been a major participant in several significant patent cases.
