Deanna Young is a law clerk in Gowlings' Ottawa office, working in the corporate services department. She has experience with both federal and Ontario incorporations, organizations and extra-provincial registrations across Canada, as well as preparation documents required for the annual maintenance of both federal and Ontario corporations.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Deanna worked at law firms in both Toronto and Ottawa.
