Derney Emmanuel is a law clerk in Gowlings' Toronto office. She works in the area of financial services.

Derney's experience includes commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions, commercial and residential financing transactions and some corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Derney worked in the real estate/financing departments of other law firms in the GTA area.
