Diane is a senior paralegal in Gowlings’ Montréal office, working within the Mortgage Recovery Services Group.

Diane acts mainly for financial institutions in matters of residential or commercial mortgage recovery and enforcement. She also sees to the marketing and selling of real properties in the framework of which she acts as a Court designated officer.

Diane Bélanger joined Gowlings’ Mortgage Recovery Services Group in November 2005 and has more than 20 years experience as a paralegal in major law firms.
