OUR PEOPLE

Diane Hendley is a law clerk in Gowlings' Ottawa Office, working in the real estate department. Diane deals with a variety of residential, commercial and mortgage matters as well as builder purchases, sales and mortgage financing.

Diane prepares all documentation related to residential and commercial purchases, sales and mortgages, together with estate conveyancing, in addition to documentation related to registrations of plans of subdivision and condominiums. She also prepares all documentation pertaining to severances. Diane has extensive experience with paper and electronic registrations.

She has knowledge of the Registry Act, Land Titles Act, Planning Act, Condominium Act, Family Law Act and Land Transfer Tax Act. Diane has extensive knowledge of the conveyancer program which enables her to complete builder sales and includes condominium sales utilizing the projects module.
