Dmitry Semenov is an associate in Gowlings' Moscow office, practising in all areas of intellectual property, primarily in the areas trade-mark law, patents, copyright, domain name enforcement and anti-counterfeiting.
Dmitry has extensive experience in assisting multinational corporations in intellectual property rights matters, including successful anti-counterfeit activities and litigation. He has additional expertise in advertising, packaging and labeling, marketing, unfair competition, privacy & data protection, trade secrets, IP-related transactions, as well as in regulatory issues relating to the pharmaceutical industry.  “Chapter on Russia”.
