Don is widely acknowledged as a leading practitioner in his area, based on more than 20 years of industry experience in project development, finance, management, design, procurement, construction, operations and maintenance. He has advised on a wide range of international and domestic infrastructure projects, including projects in South America, South Korea, the U.S. and Israel.
Don has also advised on various types of international and domestic infrastructure projects including offshore energy facilities, power plants (nuclear, hydro, coal, and gas fired), wind farms, waste to energy and bio fuel plants, oil sands mining, processing and upgrader facilities, cement plants, power distribution, pipelines, airports, light rail, dams, roads, bridges, and waste water systems.
