Eric Angelini is an associate in Gowlings' Ottawa office, practising in the area of business law, focusing primarily on real estate, commercial and residential conveyancing, secured mortgage lending, mortgage enforcement and commercial leasing.

Eric has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of real estate across Ontario, having worked on projects in Ottawa, Toronto, London, Thunder Bay, Niagara Falls, Windsor, North Bay, Guelph, Barrie, Kitchener Waterloo and elsewhere.

Eric is experienced in both commercial and residential freehold and condominium property law and transactions, including subdivisions and development work.

He is a graduate of the joint LLB/MBA program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business (York University), and obtained a diploma in real property development from the MBA program.

Eric Angelini is fluent in English, French and Italian.
