Erica Gallagher is a law clerk in Gowlings' Ottawa office in the Business Law Group. Erica has extensive knowledge garnered from over 10 years in the corporate legal field including: incorporations both Federal and Ontario, drafting of share structure, organizations, reorganizations, drafting of resolutions, dissolutions, amendments, purchase and sale transactions, amalgamations, changes in corporate structure, reviewing and updating minute books, and preparing of extra-provincial registrations across the country.

Erica is knowledgable with Delaware incorporations and corporate searches and legal research. Additionally, she has further experience preparing and organizing shareholder and director meetings for for-profit corporations.
