Mr. Tremblay first joined Gowlings’ Montréal office as a student in February 2005, then articled with the Firm during winter 2006. He became an associate in July 2006.

Mr. Tremblay’s practice focuses mainly on business law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.

He has also taken part in the drafting of numerous conferences as well as of the newsletter Above Board @ Gowlings on corporate liability and best practices.

Mr. Tremblay practises law in both French and English.
