Frances has a broad range of experience as both a partner in private practice and corporate counsel. She represents both institutional and entrepreneurial clients. Her practice includes:

• asset and loan purchases and sales, including single assets and portfolios;
• secured and unsecured traditional financing transactions representing lenders and borrowers;
• non-traditional financings involving private equity funds (e.g. trusts and limited partnerships), and institutional and other investors (e.g. pension funds and similar non-taxable entities);
• construction lending;
• enforcement of loan agreements and security including foreclosures of real and personal property, powers of sale and receiverships; and
• loan restructurings and forbearance agreements.
