OUR PEOPLE

Over the past twenty years, Francine has represented insurance companies, architects, engineers, accountants and brokerage firms before the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, regulators, specialized arbitrators and mediators, acting, among other things, on files involving numerous parties and working with experts in these specialized fields. She has participated in lengthy trials requiring collaboration with experts, such as architects, engineers, accountants and actuaries.

In her daily practice, Francine works in close collaboration with adjusters, advisers, and compliance officers. She is also responsible for courses in non-contentious matters at the Bar School of Montréal.
