OUR PEOPLE

Gary Edwards is an articling student in Gowlings’ Toronto office, concentrating in Business Law.

Gary completed his JD at the University of Toronto, where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review and a case worker at Advocates for Injured Workers. He also worked on the Refugee Law Project, an initiative spearheaded by the Faculty of Law’s International Human Rights Program.

Prior to law school, Gary completed an MA at the University of Toronto’s Department of English. His graduate research on Renaissance poetry was funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. Gary has also been an ESL teacher in South Korea.
