Gary Laviolette is a partner in Gowlings' Calgary office. He practises civil litigation with particular emphasis on corporate/commercial matters.

Gary has acted as counsel for numerous oil and gas companies in connection with land related claims, royalty disputes and production related claims. In addition, he has been involved in numerous construction and engineering related claims.

Gary was a member of the Firm's articling committee and is a current member of Gowlings' audit committee.
