His concentration in taxation has allowed him to set up many tax shelter structures in the field of cinema, flow through shares (gas and mining), scientific research and Québec Stock savings plan. He also participated in many corporate reorganizations and the establishment and sale of enterprises in Canada and in foreign jurisdictions. Partly because of his background as a notary, estate planning and settlement also represent fields of practice in which he devotes an important part of his activities.

Throughout his career, Mr. Séguin was often invited as a lecturer in congresses of the Association de Planification Fiscale et Financière (APFF) or in conferences given by the APFF, Insight or the Canadian Institute.
