Graham Ragan is an associate in the advocacy department of Gowlings' Ottawa office, practising in the areas of administrative and public law with a focus on Aboriginal law and public procurement.
Graham's litigation experience includes appearances before provincial and federal administrative tribunals, including the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board. Graham has also appeared in the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Courts and the Supreme Court of Canada.
In addition to his litigation practice, Graham is a member of Gowlings' Government Industry Group and has advised clients on regulatory matters and on compliance with federal and provincial lobbying laws.
