Within general corporate and commercial law, Greg has been involved in a variety of domestic and cross-border commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, licensing and distribution agreements, corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements, general corporate/commercial advice and corporate governance issues. More specifically, Greg has been involved with the negotiation of asset and share purchase agreements, credit agreements, debentures, pledge agreements, subscription agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, employment agreements, lease agreements, distribution agreements, services agreements, license agreements and commitment letters/letters of intent.

Greg is the co-chair of the Firm’s Derivatives Group and he has extensive experience negotiating derivatives agreements, including the ISDA Master Agreement, Securities Lending Agreements, Repurchase Agreements, as well as providing general advice on documentation and market issues related to derivatives law.
