Harry VanderLugt is a partner in Gowlings' Toronto office. He practises in business and real estate law, with emphasis in lending and insolvency.

A major portion of Harry's practice is devoted to structuring and servicing real estate financings, consumer financial products and the enforcement of real estate and other security.

Harry joined Gowlings as a partner in 1976 and has played an important role in the development of a number of the Firm's practice areas.
