Irene Chen is an associate in Gowlings’ Vancouver office in the Business Law Group. Her practice focus is mainly in the areas of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Irene has assisted on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions of both public and private companies, restructurings, private placements and general corporate matters.
