Isabelle Blackburn is a paralegal in Gowlings’ Montréal office.

Isabelle assists lawyers in preparing corporate documents pertaining to the updating of corporate records, namely annual submissions to the Québec enterprise registrar (Registraire des entreprises du Québec) and Industry Canada, annual resolutions, dividend declarations and documents relating to change of directors and officers. She also ensures the registration in Québec of companies incorporated outside of Québec and sees to the maintenance of such registrations.

Isabelle is also knowledgeable on matters such as Delaware’s corporate law and Edgar filings.

Before joining Gowlings, Isabelle was a corporate law clerk in an international pharmaceutical company. She also worked within the corporate department of a Montréal law firm.
