James Isaac is an associate in Gowlings' Vancouver office. He is a member of the Business Law Group practicing mainly in the areas of corporate finance and securities law. James has experience in initial public offerings, corporate and securities regulatory compliance, asset and share purchases, as well as corporate governance. James has also been involved in a number of oil and gas asset transactions.

James was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2009 after completing his articles in the Gowlings Calgary office. Prior to joining the Vancouver office, he was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in late 2009.
