Jeff Dyck is a partner in Gowlings’ Calgary office, practising in the areas of corporate finance and securities with an emphasis in public mergers and acquisitions. Prior to practising law, Jeff gained significant management and practical business experience during a 12-year career in construction management.

Jeff acts for public companies on securities and compliance matters, with a focus on loan and credit arrangements, private placements and public offerings of securities, corporate mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas acquisitions and dispositions, and corporate governance and reporting.

In recent years, Jeff has represented various mid-size and junior oil and gas companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges, as well as several high-tech companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
