OUR PEOPLE

Jennifer Guth is an associate in Gowlings' Ottawa office. A member of the Firm's Advocacy Department, Jennifer practises civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance law and the defence of personal injury, motor vehicle accident, fire loss, property damage, and product liability claims, as well as insurance coverage issues and related matters.

She regularly acts as defence counsel in professional liability claims against real estate agents and agencies.

Jennifer recently completed the 40 hour program on Alternative Dispute and Conflict Resolution from the Mediation Centre of Southeastern Ontario.
