Jennifer Morton is a registered trade-mark agent and partner in Gowlings' Toronto office. Her practice extends to all aspects of trade-mark prosecution and opposition proceedings as well as licensing, assignment and security interest issues.

Jennifer specializes in foreign prosecution matters, including the strategic management of international prosecution portfolios. She has also done extensive work conducting intellectual property due diligence searching in conjunction with corporate asset transactions.
