Jennifer Wilkie is a partner in Gowlings' Ottawa office, practising in the area of intellectual property, with emphasis on patent litigation and particularly pharmaceutical litigation. Jennifer has appeared for numerous clients in the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, particularly in respect of small molecules and novel formulations such as hydrosis and microemulsions. Her practice also involves providing advice on pharmaceutical regulatory matters

Jennifer has been a registered patent agent since 2000 and prosecutes patents in the chemical subject area. She has also appeared in intellectual property matters before the Ontario Courts.
