Jennifer Wilkie is a partner in Gowlings' Ottawa office, practising in the area of intellectual property, with emphasis on patent litigation and particularly pharmaceutical litigation. Her practice also involves providing advice on pharmaceutical regulatory matters

Jennifer has been a registered patent agent since 2000 and prosecutes patents in the chemical subject area. She has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada as well as the Ontario Courts.
