John Bedard is a corporate law clerk in Gowlings' Waterloo Region office, working in the business law department.  John assists with the preparation of various documents relating to corporate legal transactions, ranging from basic share transfers to complex reorganizations.  John also assists with minute book reviews, preparation of deficiency reports and corresponding resolutions; due diligence searches, corresponding summaries and required registrations; Extra-Provincial registrations; Federal and Provincial incorporations and amalgamations; preparation of annual maintenance documents.
