John represents start-up, growth and mature companies on all aspects of technology law including the protection of intellectual property rights, international distribution arrangements, licensing and e-commerce-related contracts (including application service provider and web-hosting arrangements) as well as strategic alliances and joint venture arrangements.

John’s business law practice includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate reorganizations, shareholders arrangements, venture capital financings and various types of credit arrangements. In addition, John regularly provides advice to boards, directors and management on governance issues.
