Dr. Judy Erratt is a partner in Gowlings' Ottawa office. Judy's practice involves the preparation and prosecution of national and international patent applications with a focus in biotechnology. She is a registered Patent Agent in both Canada and the United States.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Judy worked in a variety of positions related to scientific research and patent work. She was a research scientist at university, industrial and government laboratories, where her field of research was in the area of molecular biology.
