Judy Overgaard is an associate in Gowlings' Ottawa office, practising in family law. Judy's practice focuses on a variety of issues including custody and access, child and spousal support, property claims and divorce.

Judy's experience in family law includes the preparation and negotiation of marriage contracts and separation agreeements, and representing clients at court conferences, settlement meetings, examinations, motions and trials.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Judy owned her own practice with a focus on family law and worked for a firm practising family law, real estate and litigation.
