Katherine's practice extends to all aspects of trade mark prosecution and opposition proceedings, which includes extensive filing of trade mark applications, enforcing clients' trade mark rights at home and abroad, and attending to the trade mark requirements in Canada for foreign clients.

Previously, Katherine was in-house at a major corporation, managing a portfolio of over 3,000 trade marks in 120 countries.

Katherine is an associate of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) and serves as the Canadian liaison for the International Roundtables Committee of the International Trade Mark Association (INTA).
