Kevin Sartorio is a partner practising in Gowlings’ Toronto Intellectual Property Litigation Group.
Kevin's practice extends to all areas of intellectual property litigation, including: copyright, trade-mark, patent and industrial design infringement; passing-off; trade secret and breach of confidence; as well as proceedings under Canada's Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
Kevin has served as counsel at all levels of courts in Ontario, including three times in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Canada.
Kevin has authored and co-authored several papers, articles and commentaries, and presented to various organizations, all in relation to Canadian intellectual property matters. His papers and presentations include:
