OUR PEOPLE

Kristina Sebastian-Crone is a law clerk in Gowlings’ Hamilton office, working in the advocacy department.  Kristina specializes in commercial litigation, but also has experience with IP litigation, personal injury, debt recovery and appellate matters at both the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada level.

Kristina prepares documentation related to statements of claim, statements of defence, affidavits, affidavits of documents, mediation briefs, pre-trial conference briefs, costs outlines, applications and motions for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, notices of appeal, appeal books and compendiums and exhibit books for the Court of Appeal.

Kristina’s general knowledge of the procedures under the Rules of Civil Procedure along her with 8 years of experience within commercial litigation has provided her with the knowledge and skills to prepare files from beginning to end, whether the matter goes to trial or settles and settlement documents need to be prepared.
