Linsey Sherman is an associate in Gowlings’ Ottawa office, practising family law within the advocacy department.

Linsey’s practice focuses on a variety of issues including custody and access, child and spousal support, property claims and divorce. Her experience includes the preparation and negotiation of marriage contracts and separation agreements, and representing clients at all stages of the family court process.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Linsey practised in Toronto at a boutique litigation firm specializing in family law and served as a law clerk to the judges of the Ontario Court of Appeal.
