OUR PEOPLE

Lisa MacDonnell is an associate in Gowlings’ Toronto office, practising with the Financial Services Group. Her practice focuses on banking, bankruptcy and insolvency, restructuring and business law.

Lisa summered and articled at Gowlings. During her articles, Lisa was seconded to the legal department of one of Canada’s largest financial institutions. 

While pursuing her law degree, Lisa was involved with Pro Bono Students Canada. Prior to entering the practice of law, she worked for one of Canada’s largest financial institutions in a variety of positions.
