OUR PEOPLE

As a result of her practice, Ms. Lalonde has been active in corporate restructurings and commercial litigation, primarily in banking and insolvency fields. She also has in-depth knowledge of documentary credits. She represents trustees, financial institutions and other creditors, as well as debtors.

Ms. Lalonde has been a guest lecturer for several conferences organized by Insight and the Canadian Institute. She has also given courses administered jointly by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals to prepare applicants for trustee licenses for the written examination. She currently sits on the Board of The Canadian Insolvency Foundation.
